Fig 3: Possible interactions among TIGIT and CD226 surface receptors with CD112 and CD155 nectin and nectin-like molecules. TIGIT and CD226 receptors are primarily expressed on the surface of both T- and NK cells. After interacting with their ligands (CD155, CD112), TIGIT transmits inhibitory signals while CD226 delivers stimulatory signals in the effector cells. The two-sided arrows indicate the possible connections and are proportional to the binding affinities.
